We are looking for:

Sales Development Manager will support growth in Australia & New - Zealand. The Core responsibilities involve managing high levels of INBOUND demand (100) leads per week and qualifying each opportunity via phone-based activities. We are looking for a gifted and creative individual that can fit a dynamic high-energy, collaborative hyper-growth sales organisation.

What You’ll Do?

  • Work across INBOUND demand generation activities to uncover and craft new opportunities which result in SQL
  • Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads with small and mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales departments
  • Professionally and always represent the business with integrity and confidence, in all written and oral communications 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for monday.com’s suite of products and solutions
  • Engage in online and social communities within the region


You will have?

  • Sales related experience in either a (face to face or phone-based) environment,
  • Self-Aware with excellent speaking/ listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and hunter mentality - willing to take intelligent risks
  • Tech Savvy Mindset able to work with a methodological and organized approach
  • Willingness to have TONS of fun within a tight-knit and trusted team culture
  • Evidence that you are a Top Producer in previous roles
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help you achieve them
