Hanson are seeking a professional and IT savvy Agitator Driver/Relief Batcher, to join our team in at the Port Macquarie Concrete Plant, situated on the mid north-coast of NSW. We are looking for people who are passionate about safety, results focused and have a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. This is a full time position with overtime and weekend work according to business needs.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Drive reliable and well maintained equipment
• Load and deliver concrete to our customers
• Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
• Manage batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers
• Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilization and efficiency

This role is a great fit for you if you:

• Have a HR Drivers Licence and commercial driving experience
• Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
• Have a professional work ethic with a customer service oriented attitude
• A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
• Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
• Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure
• Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning and troubleshooting
• Can efficiently support individual customer requests
