Applications are invited for a Biology Teacher for Independent school located in the Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. It is a coeducational school that caters for Pre-School to Year 12. It has built a reputation for its very strong academic, as well as music, drama, debating, chess and sporting program. The school continually enhances their learning and recreational facilities, proving students with outstanding opportunities to grow and develop their unique skills and talents and to achieve success while contributing actively to the life of the school.
About the Role:
- Full-time, Temporary position
- Contract for Term 2 – Term 4, 2021
- Teaching Years 11-12 Biology and Years 7-12 Science
Selection Criteria:
- Be suitably qualified with an Education Teaching Degree (qualification must be recognised in Australia)
- Be registered, or have the ability to be registered with NESA and WWCC
- Ability to provide current and relevant teaching references from Middle Management/Executive Leadership level (please note referees will not be contacted prior to your express approval, and all applications treated in complete confidentiality)
- Have the right to work in Australia
