About the Role:

District Mechanical Workshop Administration Support Officers are responsible for all finance and administration work associated with providing mechanical services (such as parts' ordering, purchasing, invoice verification, weekly and monthly reports, and routine administration duties). Under the general direction of the DMO OIC, this position will provide an administration support function to the workshop accordingly.

Further, detailed responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of effective administrative support to Workshop functions

• Timely word processing and data entry to CFA standards and local requirements

• Provision of efficient administrative support to the Workshop DMO Officer-in-Charge

• Manual filing of documents, reception duties and management of receipt/ dispatch of mail

• Assisting the Workshop Officer-in-Charge to collate and process accounts payables and receivables

• Assisting the Workshop Officer-in-Charge to collate and record fleet maintenance figures, as required by Manager, Fleet Maintenance

• Maintaining electronic document files by updating and inputting accurate data in CFA's electronic programs, including SAP, MSS, SharePoint, etc

• Providing operational support by assisting DMO Officer-in-Charge during major fires and incidents

About You:

To succeed in this important role, you will require a high level of administrative and clerical experience including experience in managing a filing or document retention system and superior MSWord and MS Excel skills are essential. You will have proven understanding of financial systems, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and stock purchasing as well as high-level communication and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform in, and enhance a team environment.
