Salary rates $32.02 - $43.18 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (up to 17.5%) (HP3) (Applications will remain current for 12 months). Job Ad Reference: CAH360974
Permanent Part Time, 38 hrs p.f.
Purpose of the Role
Deliver Physiotherapy clinical services proportionate to level of ability and skills, to sub -acute clients and residents within the Herberton Hospital, and to other Tableland facilities, as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided before commencement of duty.
- It is a condition of employment for the employee in this role to be, and remain, vaccinated against or non-susceptible to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPDs): Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough) and Hepatitis B.
