Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full end to end recruitment solutions for the business, partnering with Heads of Department and senior execs to understand their hiring needs.
  • Uploading professional adverts on relevant job boards and screening response
  • Conducting behavioural based interviews with candidates and clearly articulating feedback to line managers
  • Proactively approaching and headhunting key candidates on LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed and other platforms
  • Build effective relationship with internal Human Resources, Talent Development, Marketing and Digital teams
