Full Time casual employment processing financial documents & applications on behalf of a leading financial institution. Immediate start required.

Would you enjoy working as a member of a small, dynamic customer service team working on behalf of leading financial services provider? Do you have accurate computer processing skills and a willingness to develop those skills? Are you punctual, a team player and willing to go the extra mile?

If so, we are looking for you to join our team in Manly Vale.

Job Type: Full Time Casual. Full training is provided.

Shifts are scheduled between 9am – 5pm

Salary: $26 to $27.00 /hour

Do you have:

· Excellent attention to detail (A MUST)

· Good, clear English speaking voice with no accent

· Good hearing and an ability to listen with empathy

· Demonstrated the ability to work without immediate supervision and as part of small diverse team, following written or verbal directions

· Sound computer processing skills. Must know MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

· Decent typing speed [At least 35 wpm]

· Demonstrated speed, efficiency and accuracy of data processing.

· Previous inbound call Customer Service experience is highly desirable

· Administrative experience is also highly desirable.

· Ability to work 5 days a week

  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
