Derrimut 24:7 Gyms are growing and have been operating since 2010.

We continue to thrive as a market leader, offering our members and our employee’s life changing experiences in the Fitness Industry.

We are currently seeking seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individuals to join our team at Braybrook, VIC

This role will be for a Monday-Friday 6am-2pm fulltime position with Derrimut 24:7 Gym. Hours will be disclosed with the successful applicant.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Service and Reception - Greeting and being friendly and approachable to our guests, members and staff. General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach. Assisting in stock take as required.
  • Membership and Supplement Sales - as part of this role is being able to cross sell and approach guests or members in their needs of supplements. Understanding of our memberships and their requirements.
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the gym - at times walking the floor and making sure shop front is clean. Reporting any maintenance that may need to done.

To be eligible for this position you must meet the below criteria;

- Have previous customer service experience

- Have strong administration skills

- Supplement knowledge

- Level 2 First Aid and CPR

- Police Check

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
