Role and Responsibilities

The Dental Treatment Coordinator will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and ensure that all patients have a sound understanding of the dental treatment they require.

• Provides concierge level customer service while interacting with patients treatment plans and dental needs over the phone and in person.

• Greets patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a friendly demeanor

• Answers the phone promptly with a smile

• Schedules appointments to improve patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of clinical treatments.

• Manages patient flow to reduce patient wait time.

• Assists patients as necessary, enduring all their needs are covered.

• Ensures the highest level of positive patient experience at all times.

• Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment is necessary.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Dental experience is required

Preferred Skills

• Friendly, inviting and professional personality and presence

• Extremely well organised with time management and following strict protocols and procedures.

• Strong organizational skills Attention to detail.
• Understanding of Dental 4 Windows an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
