Why we have this role @ St Frock

Oversee and coordinate the dispatch staff and all customer orders to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

What key responsibilities does this role have @ St Frock?

Staff Coordination

  • Rostering of warehouse staff
  • Recruiting and onboarding new staff
  • Training staff for all pick and pack duties
  • Allocating staff duties each day to maximise efficiency
  • Allocating and enforcing staff break times
  • Ensuring new staff are properly inducted and WHS compliant
  • Performance management of staff
  • Being main point of contact for all dispatch staff
  • Maintaining accurate staff records and signed documents in Bamboo
  • Ensuring staff timesheets are accurate and uploaded on time
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Management to ensure adequate staff levels are maintained for expected order volumes


  • Ensure all orders are accurately printed, sorted and cross
  • checked
  • Allocate appropriate amount of staff to pick and pack orders
  • Monitor incoming orders during the day to add or subtract staff as required
  • Monitor dispatch staff efficiency and motivate them to ensure all orders are packed on time
  • Communicate with Customer Service team to resolve any issues that arise with orders
  • Order adequate supplies for all pick and pack processes
  • Coordinate with Stock team to resolve all missing orders same day


  • Train new and existing staff on all returns processes and
  • updates
  • Liaise with Ecommerce team to ensure all back end returns processes remain current
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with Customer Service team resolve all returns
  • Monitor incoming return volumes and ensure adequate staff are allocated to remain within return timeframe
  • Report any major issues to Stock Control
  • Report any back end malfunctions to Ecommerce team
  • Maintain tidy, organised returns area to minimise shrinkage

Ideal background…

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Warehouse leadership position
  • Women's apparel experience essential
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word, and Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting and numeracy skills
  • Ability to prioritize and possess good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and to work to deadlines
  • Loves fashion with an eye for detail
  • Creative, problem-solving mentality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
