About BCD - Better Care Delivered
BCD - Better Care Delivered provide a range of local support services for people in Macarthur, Wollondilly, Wingecarribee, Bankstown, Fairfield, Liverpool and Mittagong.
We are currently looking for dedicated care workers with experience to work in the Bargo and Mittagong areas. This is Casual work to start with and may progress to part time or full time for the right candidates.
This work includes:
- Personal Care
- Community Access
- Transport
- Respite
- Domestic Assistance

About the role
Care Workers at BCD are required to deliver friendly and quality services to people in their homes and out and about in community.
You must be:
- available to work a range of hours across the entire week including Weekends
- goal orientated and be able to encourage the achievement of goals – no matter how small
- willing to keep learning as person centered means that no two services are ever the same!

Skills and experience
Must have's include:
- 12 Months experience in the Home Care Industry
- Police record check (Under 12 months old)
- Working with children check for Employment
- Availability to work various shifts throughout the week
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability or relevant experience
- Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NSW Drivers Licence
- Positive and friendly attitude!
Desirables include:
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Enrolled Nurse
