JOB DESCRIPTION
TalentHR are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a thriving Transport and Logistics company based in Western Sydney.
This role will be Monday to Friday work full time hours on a casual contract. This role is a great temp to perm opportunity.
Working in a busy and fast pace environment, your role in include but not limited to:
- Data entry
- General administration
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Communication with clients - you will be the first point of contact
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining records, process and filling of documentation
To be considered for this role your will need:
- Previous experience in fast paced administrative role, preferably within the transport sector.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as customers and subcontractors
- Strong team focus and the ability to work in a collaborative manner
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
- Strong results orientation whilst demonstrating a professional work ethic
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of company systems and processes

Job Type: Contract
Salary: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
