An exciting position for a self-motivated person that is looking to use their bookkeeping skills to make a difference in a small business with future growth.

Do you want to work locally, in a friendly workshop environment? Phillips Autospark is based in Somerville, provides exceptional auto electrical work to a range of clients.

We are looking for a part time bookkeeper/ receptionist who is available to work 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (hours can be negotiable) with the possibility of increasing to full time as the work becomes available.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • General Admin Duties
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Xero
  • Payroll
  • BAS preparation /reconciliation
  • Interlock service
  • Reception
  • Banking
  • Locating parts for vehicles
  • Any other tasks the director requires

This person must be friendly to all clients as we strive ourselves on our customer service, willing to learn and adapt under pressure, show Initiative and takes control and owns the front area of the workshop.

Must have experience in Xero and book keeping, further training will be provided.
