PRA is currently working with a FinTech client who is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join them to assist with the ongoing maintenance of their Salesforce Deployment.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with a talented team, facing challenges head-on in a Transformational Environment. You will be hands-on and contribute to improved customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Primary Administrator for the Sydney Office for the Salesforce environment.
  • Manage all administrative function and complete regular internal system audits to prepare for upgrades.
  • Work closely with the development team to establish streamline approaches.
  • Train new users and enhance the salesforce skill set across the business.
Required Skills:
  • 4+ Years working as a Salesforce Admin.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Previously worked in a SCRUM or Agile Environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work with Stakeholders.
  • Certifications Desirable.
