The Role:
The role is perfect for a passionate, hungry, and well-presented individual wanting to plunge into their Real Estate career. The roles daily activities include but are not limited to:
- Monday to Saturday (Enjoy a day off during the week)
- Routine inspections
- Open Homes
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Arrears/ Dealing with Tenants
- Assisting the Property Management Team
- Ingoing inspections, Open homes, Application processes, Collecting Lease Signings
- Assist the team with any other administration duties.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Must have a current Certificate of Registration.
- Must have a Car and Driver’s License
- Be eager to kickstart their career in Real Estate.
- Have great interpersonal skills & be well presented.
- No experience is necessary.
