JOB DESCRIPTION
- Part-time role (3 days per week - flexible with days & hours)
- Permanent role & immediate start available
- Chatswood location & attractive salary dependent on experience

A boutique financial planning firm with a strong presence in the wealth management sector.
Role Overview
Work closely with Advisers to support client advice, implementation and review process.
- Provide assistance to the financial planning team, managing all operational, administrative and service related non-advice issues for a portfolio of clients
- Assist Financial Advisers with attaining new clients, maintaining client communications, and book existing client reviews
- Complete and follow up super rollovers and new insurance policy lodgements
- Implementing managed fund sales, purchases and re balances in accordance with SOA recommendations
- Action and follow up implemented advice strategies or documentation
- Maintain accurate client records on relevant CRM systems
- Experience working in Client Services Officer or Client Services Manager role in the financial planning sector essential
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in using Financial Planning software Xplan or COIN
- Good customer service focus and an interest in helping clients achieve their goals
