Job Description

We are a Commercial Painting and 2Pak finishes company located in Hallam.

Currently we are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant/ Office Allrounder to join our team.

The successful candidate will need to be:

- Quickbooks/Reckon familiar (or similar Accounts program)

- Reliable and Hardworking

- Computer savvy, and be able to use standard Office Programs, such as Excel, Word and Outlook

- Able to work both individually and as part of a team

- Able to prioritise tasks

- Able to adapt priorities and tasks to allow for changes based on incoming correspondence and deadlines.

Experience within the painting industry, or commercial building industry and Estimating is also preferred but not essential.

A knowledge of OH&S policies is also an advantage.

IOS competent an advantage.

Your tasks in this role will vary, and will include:

- Invoicing

- Quoting

- Liaising with customers, suppliers & staff

- Data entry

- Monitoring debtors

- General Office Administration duties

- Answering phones

- Monitoring emails

- Ordering supplies

- Estimating jobs, via plans

- Managing offsite jobs

- Managing onsite jobs

- etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $43,352.00 - $52,986.00 per year
