We are currently representing a number of award winning Mortgage Brokerages, seeking the talents of experienced Loan Processors/Application Specialists. The ideal person will have strong communication skills and a solid technical understanding of the Mortgage process.

We are currently representing a number of award winning Mortgage Brokerages, seeking the talents of experienced Loan Processors/Application Specialists. The ideal person will have strong communication skills and a solid technical understanding of the Mortgage process.
The role:
- Check supporting documents from clients meet lenders requirements
- Input information into the CRM
- Prepare & send application pack to clients
- Submission of loan application to lender
- Valuations, pricing checks, status calls
- Various administrative tasks
- Working in a warm, fast-paced team capacity
- Most of all, communicating with the broker as to where the process is at to ensure no gaps
You will have:
- Previous experience or knowledge of Mortgages (Highly regarded) or come from the banking/financial services sector with strong processing and/or administration skills
- A mature mindset & ability to focus on detail
- A passion for all things ADMIN
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, team-player mentality
