Gaming & Food & Beverage Attendants (Bulleen)

The Yarra Valley Country Club has an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our friendly team in the roles of Gaming Attendant & Food and Beverage Team.
The Club provides a wide range of recreational & entertainment facilities and is located 20 minutes from the CBD and situated beside the Yarra River on 20 landscaped hectares in Templestowe.
Facilities include 9 hole golf course, par 72, 7 Rink bowling green, 2 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, swimming pool and wading pool, conference and meeting facilities, bistro dining 80 seats, lounge and 'sports' bar and garden areas overlooking the club grounds. We also have a newly opened Sound Garden Music Club attracting a vibrant music community to the club.
Duties & Responsibilities
Gaming
· accountable for the balancing of shift, gaming operation including system one, Intralot, Trac & hoppers
· Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, hold a current Gaming license
Food and Beverage:
· Providing service to customers for food and beverage
· Function preparation and service
· Making and serving espresso coffees
· Cocktail making
· General cleaning of bar and dining areas
Condition: Previous experience in food & beverage service is essential, must be a team player and be able to follow instructions and work independently. Must have a pleasant personality and able to deal with people within a service environment.

Applicants required to work a variety of shifts, including weekend work.
