- Base Salary: $93,697 - $102,531 (p.a.) (pro rata)
- Total Effective Package: $115,864 - $125,715 (p.a.) * (pro rata)
- Full time or part time (1.0 or 0.8 FTE), Maximum Term contract (12 months / 0.8 FTE equivalent)

About the role
We are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join the Research Section in the Public Health Division.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work closely with the Child and Family Services Division to develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks for child health, youth justice and disability services programs. This includes identifying process and outcome measures to assess program effectiveness and efficiency, culturally-appropriate evaluation methodologies, and review and improvement of data collection and management systems. The M&E Officer also supports the Division with research, policy, continuous quality improvement (CQI) projects.

- Please summarise your relevant work experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Please outline your experience in primary health care or community development programs, in particular those relating to child health, youth justice or disability services.
- Please outline your experience driving continuous quality improvement of program or organisational systems and processes.
- Please outline how you will engage effectively with diverse program teams.
