  • Base Salary: $93,697 - $102,531 (p.a.) (pro rata)
  • Total Effective Package: $115,864 - $125,715 (p.a.) * (pro rata)
  • Full time or part time (1.0 or 0.8 FTE), Maximum Term contract (12 months / 0.8 FTE equivalent)

About the role

We are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join the Research Section in the Public Health Division.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work closely with the Child and Family Services Division to develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks for child health, youth justice and disability services programs. This includes identifying process and outcome measures to assess program effectiveness and efficiency, culturally-appropriate evaluation methodologies, and review and improvement of data collection and management systems. The M&E Officer also supports the Division with research, policy, continuous quality improvement (CQI) projects.

  • Please outline how you will engage effectively with diverse program teams.
