JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to take on a Full-Time Contract based at our Burleigh office, with the ideal candidate being either brisbane or gold coast. This role will be working 8-hour days Monday to Friday .

We would love to hear from individuals who have strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. To thrive in this role, you will enjoy seeing tasks through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with contractors
  • Being a point of contact to all installation queries and issues.
  • Procurement and receipting of all materials and deliveries to site.
  • Assisting the Site Management & Supervisory team with administrative support.

Key Attributes & Abilities:

  • 3+ Years’ experience in a Client Focused Administrative Position within a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Professional and clear written & verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business.
  • Humble – Emphasises ‘team’ over ‘self’ and defines success collectively rather than individually.
  • Hungry – Self-motivated and diligent
  • Smart –Aims to deliver solutions; not problems, shows good judgement and is intuitive.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $56,790.00 – $69,410.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
