The Role:
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity is available to join our newly established Huski Home Services division in the position of Support Analyst.

In this diverse role, you will implement, launch and drive multiple apps and platforms to connect strata managers, trades, homeowners and tenants to a range of trade services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the successful launch & take up of various apps & platforms associated with Project Huksi
Demonstrate an in depth understanding of various app process flows
Respond to enquiries & troubleshoot with trades, strata managers, owners & tenants
Onboard trades & review applications to ensure correct documentation has been uploaded
Research & collate market data to refine best practices for various functions & their audiences
Assist in establishing JLG internal processes for various functions, including onboarding users, troubleshooting & dispute resolution
Manual migration of user data as required for app onboarding
Draft onboarding material to form the basis of user guides for apps
Request & collate feedback from stakeholders

Previous experience in a Support Analyst / Software role
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to problem solve, think outside square & be creative
Ability to coordinate multiple & competing prioritise
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills
Adaptable, positive & can-do attitude
Understanding of basic technology workflows, highly advantageous
Knowledge of building trades & processes preferred, however not essential
Knowledge of strata building & work processes advantageous, however not essential
