Your new company

This industry association are currently seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a part-time position working three days per week.

Your new role
In this role you’ll be responsible for providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including diary management and correspondence. You’ll be responsible for the coordination of meetings, managing the boardroom set up and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also assist with screening calls, updating the database, electronic archiving and processing invoices. Additionally, you will manage the daily operational office requests and will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Further duties will include assisting with event coordination and travel booking.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you’ll have the proven ability to provide a high level of administrative assistance within a fast-paced environment. You’ll have exemplary organisation and time management skills with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suites and the proven ability to deal with people effectively at all levels, as well as being driven, switched on, friendly and professional. Prior experience working within a similar role is essential, ideally within an industry association or Government.
