About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Customer Activation Manager to join our dynamic Customer Marketing team based in Barangaroo. Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing, this role is responsible for bringing Pernod Ricard Australia’s (PRA) Spirit & Wine brands to life, through customer centric, integrated programs across the On Premise (OP) Channel.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and deliver exciting, impactful, insight-lead brand executions that can be activated along the path to purchase for the On Premise Channel.
  • Manage trade A&P spend for our OP contracted customers, wholesale partners and field initiatives.
  • Develop calendar of activity for the channel, in line with ATL media plan, brand plans and customer strategies.
  • Work closely with the OP National account team and Field Sales Managers to ensure all planning is aligned with channel ambition.
  • Support OP tender submissions to ensure these are strategically aligned with our business objectives.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver presentations to sell in quarterly activity for OP field execution. Direct to customer presentations will also be required with the contracted customers and groups that this role will help support.
  • Manage pre and post campaign analysis to ensure rigour is placed around M&E process and setting of clear KPI’s.
  • Brief and manage all relevant campaigns with our preferred BTL agencies to assist with developing innovative and exciting activity.


About you

To be successful in this role you will be need the following:

Essential

  • Tertiary Qualification, ideally in Business, Marketing or similar
  • Results focused with ability to influence, engage & negotiate
  • Exposure to on-premise/ hospitality
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Impeccable communication & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and creative abilities


Desirable

  • High level of self-motivation and able to take initiative
  • Well organized and able to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality industry
  • Interest in new trends, innovation and insights
  • Budget management experience
  • Strategic thinking ability
