About the Position

Having strong industry demand, we are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment projects, building close relationships with clients and candidates. The successful applicant will also support consulting work, undertaking HR audits and salary benchmarking projects.

Our consultants are supported by a dedicated administration team. This role provides excellent opportunities to contribute and help drive the company’s growth objectives.

About the person

We’re looking for a person with, energy, enthusiasm, the ability to connect with people and the drive to succeed. We are looking for the ‘right’ person and so a background in human resources, recruitment, agriculture or agribusiness would be advantageous. However, a genuine interest and the enthusiasm to learn about Australian food production will be highly valued.

Strong computer skills are essential and experience using a customer management system (CMS), or sales related database would be an advantage.
