The Implementation Manager, Referral Unit will provide strategic and operational leadership, governance, innovation and direction for inter-professional services within the Referral Unit, CaFHS. The role will be responsible for operationalizing the implementation of the Referral Unit, including establishing and implementing systems for the Unit, requiring a significant level of decision making. The role will ensure maximised efficiency and effectiveness with which all cases referred to CaFHS are managed and will ensure a consistent approach.

The role will accept accountability for the outcomes of their practice, for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy; and for contributing to a safe and positive work culture in the interest of client outcomes.

The role provides oversight and management of the Referral Unit, including operational management of a multi-disciplinary team, client referral, health and safety responsibilities, and for reporting significant events through the appropriate channels.
