The role will accept accountability for the outcomes of their practice, for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy; and for contributing to a safe and positive work culture in the interest of client outcomes.
The role provides oversight and management of the Referral Unit, including operational management of a multi-disciplinary team, client referral, health and safety responsibilities, and for reporting significant events through the appropriate channels.
