ROLE

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for Commercial & Industrial projects in the West of Melbourne.

Your first project with the business will be a $20M D&C industrial led, mixed use development. 

ABOUT YOU

This role will suit someone who can demonstrate:

• Strong working knowledge of D&C Contracts
• Delivered projects in excess of $25M in value (For head contractor)
• Commercial / industrial project experience would be viewed favorably 
• An ability to foster and drive a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Right to work in Australia
