Randstad is currently recruiting multiple roles for a call centre based in the Eastern Suburbs.

These roles are temporary, full time hours, have a base salary + uncapped Commission.

(There is opportunity to go permanent so must have full work rights).

You will work in a fun environment that the staff work hard but play hard.

An average of 10-12 calls per day, you will have achievable KPI's that pay off when you make the SALE!

Work hours are Mon - Fri 9.10am - 6pm

You will need to have/and be:

• Experience in a sales environment that is measured by KPI’s
• Quick learner who is able to pick up systems and product knowledge
• Be highly self motivated
• Able to work in a team that is fun and loud
• Good at taking on feedback to improve in your role
• Have excellent time management skills
• Be extremely driven my numbers
• Hungry to earn Money

Call centre workers do very well! We want you to come join us.

The company is accessible by public transport or paid parking on site .
