Our growing personal and small group training business located in Kogarah is seeking our next passionate coach to join the team.

For 15 years Live Well has been an independent personal training studio in the St George area and has thrived in the competitive fitness industry through our coach mentoring and retention program.

The role includes:

• Running high energy, fun and world-class small group classes and one-on-one sessions
• Coaching members with their nutrition and lifestyle
• Working as part of a growing team to reach our goals

Industry experience is not required as we do in house training to up-skill, therefore we look for attitude over skills. However, experience will be a factor in considering the successful applicant.

You must have

• Drivers licence and own transportation
• Minimum Cert IV in Fitness and up to date First Aid Certificate
• Ability to work in Australia
• The ability to work both mornings and nights training members

Who this role ISN'T for:

• Coaches who just want to punch in and out doing the bare minimum
• Coaches who only enjoy training but not the personal work with clients to help them make real change
• Coaches who aren't willing to work in a team and be held accountable to the overall team results

Live Well will provide a retainer for the first 12-weeks of your initial employment allowing you to build up your roster and learn how to succeed as a coach through our mentoring program. After the initial 12-week period you will be on an hourly rate and no need to stress about paying rent.
