WHOS (WE HELP OURSELVES) HUNTER NSW REGION

The advertised position will provide services within our established WHOS Hub Newcastle Day Program for clients on Opioid Substitution Treatment, including community liaison and coordination with other agencies to identify appropriate services for clients.

Applicants will need to demonstrate experience in the following in their application:

* The coordination of services that provide day programs, case management, group-based programs, and residential treatment.
