Part Time Position | Sydney CBD Location

Our People and Culture team is expanding to support our company’s growth plans, and we are seeking an experienced P&C Generalist to contribute to our business. Focusing on Employee Relations, you will be serving as a consultant providing operational support across HR / Talent Search Process / P&C related matters.

You must currently be located in Sydney and have Australian working rights as we are unable to sponsor a visa for this position.

About The Role:

In this part-time role as People & Culture Manager at Venntifact, you’ll spend your week working closely with business leaders to advise, coach and challenge, to ensure our people policies and processes are used effectively to deliver outstanding talent and performance outcomes. You will play a critical role in building the capability of the senior and mid-level leaders. You are the face of People & Culture team and coach leaders on the best approach to accessing services available.

Central to your success will be your ability to manage end-to-end our talent search process and conduct objective investigations to resolve employment relations issues. You will use your network of stakeholder relationships internally to gain insight and inform where to prioritise effort to minimise risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Talent search process and form strong relationships with our line managers to contribute and support decision making
  • Managing employee resolution cases end-to-end, including coaching and building manager capabilities in best practice employee relation initiatives
  • Designing talent improvement processes and managing end to end to achieve a successful roll-out and adoption outcome
  • Coaching managers through cyclical processes including remuneration and benefits, performance appraisals, rewards, career development through to exit
  • HR Projects including rolling out Engagement Surveys, and partnering with managers to understand results

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a HR Advisor, ideally with prior experience working within a technology industry
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage, partner, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced working environment
  • Demonstrated high level of knowledge and understanding of human resource concepts and practices and how these are applied in the workplace
