Role:
This is a busy Credit Collections role and you will spend your day working with clients, collecting money and negotiating payment plans and terms. You will have the autonomy and full support of your Manager to make commercial decisions! And you will be working in a supportive team environment.
Duties:
- Working from a ledger
- Collecting money
- Negotiating payment plans
- Following up when Payments are not made as per agreement
- Working to collect aged debt
Skills and Experience Required:
Key to your success in this role is first and foremost a fantastic attitude and wonderful communication skills, in addition you will also require the following:
- Previous experience in a collections based role
- A commercial mindset and strong customer service focus
- The ability to think outside the box
- An enjoyment of credit control and collections
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Be able to commence immediately or on a short notice period.
