The Company:
My client is a multinational company and the leader in security integration services.

About The Role:
This pivotal role is ideally suited to a person with previous experience of sales administration and accounting tasks.

Who You Are:
Experienced in general book-keeping
Experienced in preparing invoices
Ability to create basic quotations up to a value of $5,000
Ability to prepare sales reports on a regular basis
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
Working with Children Check or the ability to successfully apply for one.

What You Will Be Doing:
Creating invoicing for minor works for security services projects in a timely manner
Following up with the sales team on overdue opportunities
Ensuring that accurate records are maintained in the company’s iQuote system
Preparing quotations up to a value of $5,000
Preparing sales reports and monitoring the status of sales and tender opportunities and service quotes
Identifying opportunities to improve sales systems and administration
Working within a team of 5 sales staff and reporting to the Head of Sales.
