The Adelaide Football Club is one of 18 teams participating in the exciting national AFL competition. The Club has a proven track record of success both on and off the field and looking forward to an exciting future with a new Chief Executive Officer to be appointed to lead and guide the organisation to greater heights.

The Club is a multifaceted organisation with a revenue in excess of $55M and a strong growing membership base. With a move to a new home for the Adelaide Crows in the planning, a focus on building stronger connection with the membership and a drive to achieve the ultimate goal of winning Premierships, this is an exciting opportunity for a proven CEO.

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible to the Board for delivering on the Strategic Plan and meeting the priorities and actions that will drive the success of the football club both on and off the field.

This high profile role demands commitment from a passionate leader, with unquestionable integrity, demonstrated resilience, exceptional communication and engagement skills with an ability to skillfully manage multiple stakeholders.

You will have a successful track record and proven ability in strategic planning, driving a high performance culture, football administration, innovation, commercial operations and extensive media relations expertise. Tertiary level qualifications in business are expected and contemporary knowledge of high performance sports desirable.

An attractive performance based remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
