We are looking for a Buyer experienced in the Beauty & Cosmetics category to join our driven and high performing team!

About the role

Our Buying teams play a crucial role in ensuring that our product offerings are as competitive as possible so that our customers are always winning. You’ll need to be incredibly passionate about the eCommerce world of retail and technology, and use that passion to drive our product selection. e-Commerce is fast-paced and constantly evolving, so being able to quickly react to changes in demand and market trends is essential for success.

This role sits within our Partner Brands Buying team, so you’ll be building direct relationships with well-known brands and suppliers, and utilising your pre-existing networks to bring new brands on board. Be ready to take ownership of all aspects of the buying life cycle - identifying and evaluating hot deals, negotiating the best possible T&C’s, marketing the brands effectively, and managing stock so that we can provide the best possible shopping experience to our customers.

To be successful in this role you must be/have:

- 5+ of experience in a Buying/Sourcing/Category Management role in the Beauty & Cosmetics category

- University Degree qualified 

- Highly analytical and a logical thinker

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- A multi-tasking ninja - we expect you to juggle 50 different tasks at once without dropping the ball (we’re not kidding)

- Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity

- Exceptional skills using Excel and organising and using data to drive decisions

- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
