This role

• Working with clients throughout the home buying process
• Managing home requirements and expectations
• Understanding house plans and discussing needs
• Liaising with brokers, developers and agents to secure the best deals
• Nurturing leads for sales opportunities
  

RequirementsWhat they require of you?

• Strong selling and negotiating skills
• The ability to motivate and educate
• Strong work ethic
• Hunger to excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fun, down to earn attitude
• Full drivers licence, computer skills and the ability to work (after hours) when needed
• MUST HAVE PASSION FOR PROPERTY
• Experience in real estate is an advantage
