JOB DESCRIPTION
Introduction:
In this role you will be responsible for handling inbound queries on behalf of the Australian Taxation Office. You will be helping people across Australia with their queries and no day will be the same. This is a rewarding position with work that directly contributes to the greater community with numerous upskilling opportunities. It is a fast paced environment for individuals that are ready to rise to the challenge of representing the government and meeting high level customer service standards including legal compliance.

Location: Remote - Currently work from home *
Note: 4 weeks training is located in office | 12 Shelley St, Richmond
Duration: Start dates in February and March
Weekly Hours: Full-time hours available
Centre Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6.15pm (rotating roster)
Blackout Period: Due to peak periods, annual leave will not be approved from the 1st of June to the 30th of September, inclusive.|
Training: 4 weeks | Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Full availability and attendance required throughout training
Remuneration: You will be paid an hourly rate of:

- In addition to your hourly rate, you will be entitled to earn performance-based commissions and/or bonuses (on target earnings) up to $2.00 additional per hour. Please note that any commissions and/or bonuses payable are subject to confirmation, review and change at any time at Probe's discretion.
- Location: Please note that while this role is currently a work from home opportunity, this may be subject to change (at Probe’s absolute discretion) to an in-office role located at Level 6, 12 Shelley Street, North Richmond. As stated above, training will be at this location.
- Tech Requirements: Windows 10 based PC or Mac with an I5 processor 8GB of RAM or equivalent with anti-virus installed and Windows defender switched on. Additional requirements include a reliable internet connection and a headset with a microphone.
