We're looking for candidates with :

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Confident customer service skills
• Being a great communicator and listener
• Strong customer service or retail sales orientated experience.
• Strong phone-based or face-to-face experience
• 2+ years experience in sales or customer service. (furniture experience not required)

Duties include :

• Create amazing outcomes for clients by delivering the best possible experience
• Assisting customers with their furniture requirements and projects
• Handling customer phone and email inquiries
• Preparing orders, quotes and coordinating deliveries
• Stock management
