THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is based around assisting the buyer complete and execute long and short term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting and managing samples. The categories include impulse purchases, such as confectionary and drinks, as well as party supplies, including balloons, decorations and tableware.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:
Providing analytical and administration support to the Buyer.
Communicate with stores, suppliers and the supply chain.
Managing stock orders and strong follow-ups to maintain the stock level in stores.
Analysing and managing data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Assist in the preparation or development of new products.
