JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator
You will use your outstanding organisation skills to support the manager in all aspects of day to day running of the office.
Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Administrative tasks for the manager
- Collaborate with Clinic Manager and Business Manager
- Oversee day to day running of the office
- Ordering clinic supplies and purchases
- Preparation of reports, presentations and other important documentation
- Assist our Business Manager/Clinic Manager with on-boarding new staff
- Office calendar management
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may come up
About You
- All rounder thats happy to do whatever needs to get done!
- minimum of 3-4 years experience in Office Management or Administration and providing Executive or Personal Assistance
- Highly organised self-starter, with the ability to balance urgent and non-urgent tasks
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Forward thinking and versatile
- Proactive approach to all tasks
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of G-Suite would be a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team, as well as autonomously
- General IT knowledge

- This role is full time and based in Canterbury.
