Our company:
The Bendigo Hospital facilitates the delivery of enhanced health services to the Loddon-Mallee Region. With an expanded capacity including an integrated regional cancer centre and new psychiatric inpatient unit, the new Bendigo Hospital Precinct is spread across Barnard St and Lucan St in Bendigo. Spotless is part of the consortium awarded the project currently delivering a wide range of hard and soft nonclinical services to the New Bendigo Hospital.

The role:
The Helpdesk Attendant is responsible for ensuring all Facilities Management Helpdesk services at the Bendigo Hospital precinct are delivered in an efficient and effective manner. Reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responding to all telephone calls within the contracts set timeframe (30 seconds)
Continuously monitoring the Help Desk system to identify new jobs logged directly by the Operator staff and allocate the appropriate ‘Action rating’.
Assigning tasks to appropriate personnel taking into consideration the staff member’s location at the time of assigning.
Monitoring assigned jobs and escalating to the Helpdesk supervisor any jobs which may not meet required Service Level Agreements

About you:
Vital to your success in this role will be your commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all internal stakeholders within the facility. You must also possess:

Experience in help desk role or similar within a large organisational setting preferable
Experience within a health setting will be advantageous
Excellent Data entry skills
Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite
