Period of employment / Hours:

Fixed term full-time day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP until 1 December 2022.

Duties:

  • Assist with the project management and implementation of strategic initiatives and in dealings with internal and external stakeholders regarding the delivery of project outcomes.
  • Provide support and coordination to ensure that project activities are aligned to Agency policies, core business functions and relevant legislation, including identifying risks, issues and supporting meetings and negotiations.
  • Provide high level advice on, and attend to complex and contentious issues, either impacting on or impacted by the delivery of project activities and contribute to the development of solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to support the achievement of good outcomes for the business unit.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Satisfactory completion of an appropriate course of study from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
