JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
In this role you will support the Recruitment function in the delivery of suitably qualified and experienced candidates for projects, tenders and talent pipelining across our Gippsland division. Tasks include:
· Being responsive to all client and candidate needs
· Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV's
· Keeping an active constant pool of candidates with a variety of skills to respond to clients changing needs
· Candidate interviews and inductions on a weekly basis;
· Undertake candidate on-boarding requirements including reference checks
· Obtain and verify proof of entitlement to work in Australia, including VEVO checks
· Manage candidate qualifications, tickets and licences in our database
· Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
About you
· Team player with a positive outlook and a sense of humour
· Outstanding customer focus and work ethic
· Administration skills with high computer proficiency
· Excellent communication skills and presentation both face to face and over the phone
· An eye for detail and work outside the box
