About the Opportunity:

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for someone wanting to join a passionate team that is all about supporting the business to ensure we have the optimum use of technology.

Acting as the first point of service and resolution for all IT related issues and enquires company-wide, you will add significant value through;

  • Proactively seek to resolve team members issues at first point of contact via phone and email
  • Ensure all IT related issues and enquiries are well documented
  • Identify and escalate IT related issues that require further investigation
  • Tracking and follow through all issues until resolution and customer satisfaction

What You Need To Bring To The Team:

  • Degree qualifications within Information Technology (or just about to graduate)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong general knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10
  • Understanding of Active Directory, GPO, DHCP and DNS
  • Retail experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work on a 4 week roster between 6am – 6pm and 1 Sat/Sun per month
