About the role

Reporting to the regional Construction Director, the role provides administrative support to the Project teams, particularly in the areas of Board coordination and management, communication updates to stakeholders, project documentation and team coordination.

The Project Assistant will provide support to team members through effective and efficient administration of project documentation, and assist with project transition from development into construction and then into operations.

About you
You will have a genuine interest in sustainability. You are a confident communicator who isn’t daunted by attending board meetings, thrives on driving administrative outcomes, and takes pride in being a key internal administration support function across the construction and asset management business arms. You will be super organised and a master collaborator. You will have experience in a similar role providing document control, project coordination and secretarial support.


  • Attending monthly Board meetings for documenting meeting minutes.
  • Maintain asset registers to ensure compliance.
  • Managing project documentation control process on relevant document control systems.
  • Basic accounting.
  • Project coordination and secretarial functions including organising travel and accommodation, coordinating contractor and client meetings, managing project diaries, collation and distribution of monthly reports etc.

Experience & Skills
  • MS Office Software – Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Minute-taking
  • Basic accounting procedures
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Coswin and BusinessWorld software packages an advantage
