As an Administrative Support Officer based at our Forster Office you will be given the opportunity to highlight and develop your skills providing high level administration support to our team across the North Coast of NSW.

About School Infrastructure NSW

School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

About the role

The primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support services to facilitate the effective operation of the unit.

The role requires flexibility in responding to the identified priorities of the unit and a willingness to embrace new technologies to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be required to work with limited supervision at times consulting with the Senior Manager on sensitive and contentious issues to agree on a suitable course of action.

  • Experience in providing high quality, customer focused administrative support in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
