About The Opportunity
Bankstown Community Mental Health Service is recruiting for a Team Leader for the Assertive Outreach Team. The Assertive Outreach team run a 7 day rotating roster which includes evenings and weekends.

The recommended applicant will be experienced in leading this type of clinical team in recovery orientated practice with a strengths focus. Leadership experience in community mental health is essential.

What you'll be doing

The Team Leader is responsible for the leadership, guidance and line management of the (INSERT NAME OF THE TEAM) team in collaboration with their manager.

They provide supervision, support and clinical expertise within Mental Health services for the delivery of safe, timely, compassionate and high quality, recovery focused and person-centered care. They are involved in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services. They identify opportunities for improvement in clinical practice, as well as service delivery and develop and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff and teams within the district.
