  • $150-170k base + super. 

This company is a premium luxury retailer building its marketing and digital capability to engage their clientele on an enhanced customer journey in a digital environment. Their portfolio of luxury brands are market leaders and they recently appointed a new CMO to lead the change. They are excited about the future leveraging their unique offering and digital platform to create a seamless and luxurious customer experience both online and in their boutiques. 


This role will be integral in building and implementing the digital strategy. Key to the success of this role is the continuous refinement of the site’s structure and the building out of measurement and retargeting capabilities. You will have demonstrable success in optimizing all user experiences to maximise opportunities for clients to purchase either online or in our stores. This role will play an essential part in making this company the pre-eminent destination in their category.

You will have exposure to a retail and or luxury/premium branded environment where you have developed or implemented the digital strategy. You will have a deep understanding of all channels used by our customers to optimize the customer journey, enable strategic marketing capabilities, and draw out commercial insights. You will have a passion for luxury retail and the customer experience and will have a keen interest in building out the digital team and function in this well-established company.
