Job Description
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing effective administration and reception services to the team members, managers and external agencies, while maintaining a proactive disposition and continually improving processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or reception work
- Exceptional customer service, with a high level of administration and reception skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new programs
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) including a professional phone manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Hold a current Open Driver's Licence
- Hold current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Clearances or the ability to obtain
- Hold a current National Police Check or able to obtain one
- Ability to work effectively in a busy office supporting management and other staff
- Experience in the Health services industry would be highly desirable
