CareChoice is a DHHS-certified and NDIS-registered organisation providing award-winning Community Services specialising in attendant care supports to the Disability and Youth Welfare sectors. Primarily working in the disability field, we are classified as an essential service by state government.
Our goal as an organisation is to work in close partnership with our clients in order to provide them with the right staff, on time, every time. We are passionate about ensuring high quality services and genuinely care about the goal attainment and results for both clients and our care workforce.
Due to our continued success, CareChoice is now seeking a Client Engagement Manager to support clients with complex needs throughout the Barwon region and the western suburbs of Melbourne.
The Role
The role of Client Engagement Manager is most integral to the continued reputation, success, and growth of the organisation.
The primary objectives of the role are to provide a positive and responsive experience to new and potential clients, as well as continuing to grow the number of incoming referrals through building solid relationships with referrers and achieving excellent client outcomes. A focus of the role would be to ensure that all service users are completely satisfied with the service delivery.
Our office is located in Geelong and we are currently supporting our staff to work from home.
Key components of the role include:
- Create high quality person-centred support plans that reflect the aspirations and needs of the client.
- Ensure that clients and referrers receive a positive and responsive intake and service implementation experience.
- Undertake comprehensive client risk assessments in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
- Create industry networks and business development opportunities to create new referral streams
- Undertake quality assurance and continuous improvement of the intake and client implementation process.
What we are looking for:
- A background in disability, nursing, social work or an allied health discipline would be ideal for this role but not essential
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Well developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- An empathetic, positive and warm approach
